Q: Can I visit your Old Dominican Monastery Claustrum as a single visitor?

A: Yes. The Claustrum is normally open to Visitors at the following times:
15 May to 30 September.
Every day 10.00 to 17.00

Q: Which historic rooms are in Claustrum?

A: Claustrum (clausure) is the heart of medieval monastery. The clausure contain the most important rooms of the Monastery – the prior’s room, library, the capital hall, dormitory, sacristy, walks, and vestry. In the 14th and 15th century, the meetings of the leaders of the Knighthoods of Harju and Virumaa were often held in the clausure. Eligibly, one of the strongest energy columns in Estonia is situated in the center of Capital Hall.
